Initial Release
The Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulations became effective on 30 June 2024. All issuers of crypto assets must comply with technical disclosure requirements set by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and publish white papers in iXBRL or face token removal orders from exchanges. In addition, the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority also requires crypto asset white papers to be created and published in machine readable format.
Pacioli.ai is a web3 crypto asset disclosure and AI based DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure) protocol for external validation of crypto asset white papers.
Pacioli.ai enables crypto asset issuers and service providers to collaborate and create iXBRL white papers as well as embedded financial and sustainability disclosures pursuant to emerging crypto asset regulatory requirements and technical specifications.
All stakeholders in the crypto space are urged to participate and operate at least one Pacioli AI Validating Node to verify that crypto asset whitepapers are complete, accurate and compliant.

The Pacioli.ai white paper is the world’s first example of an iXBRL white paper which are now required under MiCA and VARA.

The Pacioli AI Validating Node v 1.0 will be initially released in 5 phases. A maximum of 2,200 Pacioli AI Nodes are available in this release and subject to governance thereafter.
Benefits of Owning Pacioli Nodes
Licensees of Pacioli AI Validating Nodes will also receive a one year Enterprise Subscription to all features and functionality for creating reusable disclosure models and an unlimited number of financial statements, ESG disclosures and crypto asset white papers. An Enterprise Subscription is worth a minimum of $25,000 per year.

Pacioli Node Revenue Sources
In addition to validation rewards, Pacioli Node operators get paid when others use their subscription. The following are revenue sources for Pacioli Node Licensees:
Analysis fulfillment of up to 25,000,000 machine-readable "as filed" public disclosures per year.
Validation of machine-readable financial statement, ESG and crypto asset disclosures PRIOR to publishing.
Access Delegation to reporting entities, projects, accounting and law firms
Preparation of financial, ESG and crypto asset white papers as a Service, "PaaS"
Sharing to, and indexing on Pacioli Explorer

Staking Requirements
14,000 AUDT are needed to stake each Pacioli AI Node. 7,000 AUDT are pre-loaded. You need to provide an additional 7,000 AUDT to activate each Pacioli Node.
AUDT is available on Quickswap and Bitmart.
Deactivation
Each Pacioli Node may be deactivated a minimum of 12 months following activation. Following the 12 month period, you may deactivate a Pacioli Node. Following deactivation, staked AUDT for each Pacioli Node is released equally each month for a period of 14 months and may be withdrawn at any time following the release.
WARNING: Deactivating a Pacioli Node forfeits all future rewards for that Pacioli Node AND all royalties attributable to the validation of controls. Learn more about royalties on controls.
License Application
Interested parties can apply for participation in the initial Pacioli AI Validating Node release.
